Risk and Fraud Monitoring

PPI’s Risk team supports both developers and merchants to ensure safe business practices and minimized fraud risk.  The Risk team provides fraud expertise during the development cycle and then utilizes automated risk monitoring tools and hands-on training for merchants.  New merchants all receive an initial fraud kit and the Risk team is available for consultation throughout the life of your account. 

Administrative Support

PPI’s Admin team supports pricing, reporting and transaction level support for all PPI merchants.  The team provides ongoing training and dispute resolution support as well as ways to assist merchants with managing their acceptance costs.
